-coming to a town near you.

Find a playful hideaway near you.  An atelier is a cavern or workshop and we offer classes, day long workshops and mini-retreats in your town. Inquires welcome! We have been commissioned to: lead ceremonies for rites of passage and important events like weddings.

We use ancient tools like yoga, meditation, dance, wildlife education, and indigenous ceremony to connect to the Source and heal from our cores.

Modalities we explore:

Translated from Sanskrit as “Union”, Yoga emphasizes breath work, deep stretching, and dynamic strengthening.  It is used to rehabilitate physical, emotional, and psychological wounds.  By developing endurance and concentration, the practitioner is brought to a state of balance, power, and peaceful insight.  Hatha based, our yoga blends Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Sivananda styles.

Contact Improvisation. Living World Dance.  Butoh Nature Dance.

Dance is the most fundamental direct expression of one’s self through the body and is an especially powerful medium for therapy. Based on the assumption that the body and mind are interrelated, movement becomes a process which furthers the emotional, somatic, cognitive, physical, and social integration of the individual.  We heighten our sensitivity, expand our peripheral vision, and develop a dialogue with Mother Nature’s original language: gravity.

Based in Taoist and Buddhist lineages, we offer daily meditation as a way to calm the nerves and clear the mind.  Meditation connects the body and mind and invokes our great healer.  We practice observing our thoughts without attachment and connecting to a larger presence found in the present moment.

Qi Gong

Qigong is a traditional Chinese movement practice that maintains health and strengthens one’s primal vitality.

Wilderness Education

The wilderness is our greatest teacher.  Though all of the practices we foster communion with our Mother.

Our bodies are living altars, in order to honor them, we study how our diet affects our daily lives.  Our cooks prepare only the freshest, most local cuisine, supporting the transformation with every bite!

Indigenous Ceremony

Whether if we are in Bolivia or Colorado, we include the indigenous tribes of each location and honor their traditions and ceremonies. Based on our time spent studying with elders from North American Lakota, Navajo, and Hopi traditions and South American Mapuche, Quechua, and Mayan cultures, we honor our ancestors and continue walking the sacred path of beauty.

A system of dynamic exercises to open all your joints and free stiff shoulders, neck, back, and hips. Gyrokinesis® is a dancing blend of fluid movement, deep breathing and inner spirals.

Singing/Embodying Sound

Using our bodies and vocal chords we collaborate and make noises, sounds and songs to heal and to inspire each other. Rhythmic vibrations, rounds and sung intentions help us let go and release ancient holdings while we revel in the present moment.
